He described the allegation as handiwork of detractors and mischief makers that should not be taken seriously by Labour Party members in Edo South Senatorial District.

“I’ don’t know where that is coming from but I think is the handiwork of mischief makers. In fact, I have just finished holding a meeting with the State Working Committee led by the Chairman, Comrade Kelly Ogbaloi and I did express my commitment to the growth of the Party and I believe they know that am not shifting grounds to any other political Party.”

Speaking on the forthcoming Governorship election, Senator Neda expressed satisfaction over the viability of Labour Party as a platform where many Aspirants have indicated interest to run the race of who flags the party ticket come February 2024.

He noted that the leadership of his party have assured all Aspirants of a level playing ground and which should be followed to the latter to ensure that who ever emerges as the Party Candidate would be supported by other Aspirants in the election proper.

He however advised all the Aspirants to join hands with the leadership and build the Party structure first as that would contribute immensely to Victory in the Governorship election in 2024.

“We need every hands to be on deck to ensure that we build this Party and make it more formidable than it is now”
