According to a source close to the former Legal Adviser to Edo State NBA, who prefers to be anonymous, described the Governor’s action as an impeachable offence which if not addressed now will lead to the point where Governor Obaseki will be served Notice of impeachment and a Public protest to drive home their demands.

The Governor’s action has further been described as a flagrant disregard and violation of the provision of the 1999 Constitution.

The Judges appointed are Ovenseri Otamere, Obayuwana O. Mathias, Edoghogho Ebiogbe, Ojo Maureen Osa, Bright Eraze Onihia, Ehinon Anthony Okoh, Godwin J. Okundamiya and Osayende .i. Awawu respectively.
