Top Nigerian comedians, including I Go Dye and Klint Da Drunk, are set to headline the much-anticipated “Edo To The World” creative talent hunt in Benin City.

The entertainment and cultural showcase is designed to discover and promote emerging talents from across Edo State.
The initiative is spearheaded by media and events strategist Markus Mckane Okoebor and organized by Brotherly Love Entertainment Ltd in collaboration with the Edo State Ministry of Arts, Culture and Creative Economy.
Organizers say the project has already generated excitement within entertainment and youth development circles, as it aims to provide a platform for talent discovery, youth empowerment, and cultural promotion.
Activities for the initiative will span all 18 local government areas and the three senatorial districts—Edo South, Edo North, and Edo Central—to ensure grassroots participation and inclusiveness.
Speaking on the vision behind the project, Okoebor noted that Edo State has consistently produced exceptional talents who deserve greater visibility and structured support.
He described “Edo To The World” as more than just an event, but a movement focused on harnessing creativity and giving young people the opportunity to showcase their talents to national and international audiences.
Other entertainers expected at the event include Gandoki, Edo Pikin, MC Awilo, Jaytunes, and Prof. Linkin.
Industry stakeholders believe the initiative could further position Edo State as a hub for entertainment, cultural tourism, and creative talent development in Nigeria.
The grand finale is scheduled for Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the Sir Victor Uwaifo Creative Hub along Airport Road, Benin City.
