A one-time Chairman of Esan Central local government Council, Barr Okhae Enegho has said that the political configuration of Edo political architecture is speedily undergoing a long overdue realignment with the coming on board of Emmanuel Okoebor to the political arena.
This was contained in a speech titled, “UNDERSTANDING EMMANUEL OKOEBOR, EDO NEXT GOVERNOR” delivered in Esan Central local government area of the state by Barr. Enego Okhae, where he and hundreds of thousands of his former Peoples Democratic Party faithfuls decamped to the All Progressives Congress (APC) in an elaborate event in the state as Emmanuel Okoebor Continues his state – wide visitations and consultations for his Governorship aspiration.
According to Barr Okhe, “the Edo political configuration and it’s dynamics is speedily undergoing profitable realignment with the entrants of new breeds politician such as Emmanuel Okoebor who is on assignment to re-event the socio economic and infrastructural rebirth of Edo state and its people.”
According to Barr Okhae, “to the ordinary man on the street, meeting Emmanuel Okoebor is like meeting another everyday person but embedded in his innermost parts are hidden gubernatorial composure and treasures embellished in his personality hidden by innate humility that beats the imagination of many.
“Unassumingly humane and accessible, Emmanuel Okoebor possess an indubitably alluring and irresistible disposition. No wonder he has been able to build such huge retinue of followership that cut across party lines, across the three senatorial districts and across all walks of life, an asset that sets him out as best man for the Edo state governorship position.
“The combination of his track record as a certified and COREN registered Engineer turned Banker with long years of experience as top management staff of a thriving bank, United Bank For Africa (UBA) known to have unbeaten track record of management of men and resources would be the best choice for a state like Edo in dire need of wise manager to drive and anchor the dwindling socio economic fortunes of the state to shore of safety.”
He further added that with the choice of Emmanuel Okoebor, Edo State would be on a threshold of an unprecedented socio economic and infrastructural rebirth that would place Edo on a steady rise to greatness and on the path of a sustainable development that has never been witnessed in the state before now.
“Let us therefore put aside every other primordial considerations for the sake of Edo state and its people and support and nominate the young and vibrant Emmanuel Okoebor for Edo governor come 2024 so that our shared vision of a prosperous new Edo would be actualized”, the statement concluded.
