“In line with the administration’s dedication to workers’ welfare, Governor Okpebholo has consistently prioritized the following:
Enhancing Working Conditions*: Creating safe and conducive work environments to enhance productivity and well-being.
Timely Payment of Salaries and Pensions*: Ensuring that workers receive their dues promptly.
Capacity Building and Training*: Investing in programs to equip the workforce with skills for the 21st-century economy.
Promoting Industrial Harmony*: Fostering a harmonious relationship between the government, employers, and labor unions.
