A leading aspirant in the coming Edo 2024 governorship election on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), a certified engineer cum financial expert, Emmanuel Okoebor, has said that the coming new year is a time to set new goals and embrace new opportunities.
He made the observation in a new year message signed and made available to the Press earlier today in Benin city the Edo state capital.
The message read in part,
“Dear People of Edo State,
“As we bid farewell to the old and welcome the dawn of a new year, I, Emmanuel Okoebor, stand before you with hope and determination in my heart. It is with great humility and gratitude that I address you today as an aspirant in the upcoming Edo 2024 Governorship election.
