Nigerians have made enough sacrifices, Dr. Sunny Duke reminds President Tinubu, charged him on quality leadership

Following President Tinubu’s remark at Salah’s Day celebration on why Nigerians need to make sacrifices , a popular TV host, Dr.Sunny Duke Okosun has replied saying that Nigerians have made enough sacrifices already .

Dr Sunny Duke who lamented over the hardship Nigerians are presently going through reminded President Tinubu that majority of the people generate their own light through generators, provide their own water through boreholes ,grade roads for themselves and provide what government ought to make available for them.

He noted that Nigerians are expecting the President to introduce policies that are capable of reducing the suffering in the land and not to make more sacrifices.

He stressed further, that those who are tired of providing for themselves these life necessities are leaving the country in droves to foreign countries where these basics are provided by the government.

He further queried why Nigerian Governors have refused to pay the approved minimum wage for Workers even when Market forces had shown that Nigeria workers can earn #104,400 per minimum wage.

He however called on the governors and the President to reconsider their decisions and get to work to provide the basic necessities of life for the people.
