Oredo HOLGA, Kessington Osifo Commends Members of Federated Chapel

The Head of Local government Administration (HOLGA), in Oredo Local Government Area, Comrade Kensington Osifo has commended members of Federated Chapel on investigative journalism.

Comrade Kessington Osifo who stateed this while welcoming the newly elected officers and members of  Federated chapel in a courtesy visit in his office noted that recent times, journalists have improved in investigative reporting unlike what it used to be.

 The local  government boss called for more cordial relationship between the council and members of the chapel especially in the areas of publicity in the state.

Speaking,the Chairperson of  Federated Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Edo state , Comrade Mercy Onyenweli, applauded  the HOLGA for addressing the demands of traders  in Oba Market amicably.

She noted that the chapel would build on the already existing relationship and ensure that adequate reportage is given to the council.

She promised to promote the council activities especially in the aspect of information dissemination to the people of Oredo locality, and to promote the good works that the HOLGA and is management team are doing since his era commence.

Given the Vote of thanks, Comrade Edosa Okunbo, former Treasurer of Edo state NUJ, thanked the HoS for creating time to receive members of the chapel. 

He also assured the HoS and his management team that the Council will continue to enjoy free and accurate publicity from the Federated chapel henceforth.
