Dr. Paddy Emmanuel Iyamu whose name has become synonymous with youths empowerment across Edo state has again demosrated his resolute and commitment of giving back to the down trodden through instituting a 200 million grants.
There is no doubt that Nigerian Youths are obviously yearning for People like Dr. Iyamu who despite not occupying political or elective position have consistently look out for the down trodden youths to empower since 2017.
What has become an annual event recently took place at the Cathelea event center , GRA, Benin City.
The expression of excitement amongst the Edo Youths who benefited from the 20 Million grants indicated that if each State has the likes of Dr. Paddy Emmanuel in about 10 states, the rate of crime and poverty will reduced to the barest minimum.
To those who benefited from the Dr. Paddy Emmanuel 20 Million grants, on 6th of July, 2024 will forever remain indelible in their mind as the token presented will go a long way to reposition their business that is, if they see it as a seed to be nurtured to advancement.
The Dr. Paddy Emmanuel 20million grant ceremony with the theme: “Advance” had re-known motivational Speakers lectured the Youths on how to grow and nurture their business, He did not just stopped at presenting grants to the Youths, but gathered successful entrepreneurs who started their business with very little cash but today are Captains of Industries to inspire recipients of the grants to see the cash they have received as a seed that can grow with time.
The beauty of Dr. Paddy empowerment scheme is the knowledge he provides to recipients to grow and sustain their business that will eventually position them to become millionaires in the nearest future.
Dr Iyamu who drew the strength to give back to the society after the lost of a loved one believes that the material things you amass on earth is only useful when you are alive and would not be taken to the life beyond, so should be used to give hope to the hopeless here on earth. “I drew my inspiration from the death of a loved one, and I came to realize that life is not about duration but about the impact you make through your love for humanity. That is what you can give to your neighbor when you are alive , no matter how you amass wealth, you will not take it along when you die. So, the best you can do is to allow your wealth outlive you with the number of lives you touch when you are alive because we will not be here forever”.
In recognition of his philanthropic work , the Association of Post Graduate Students , University of Benin ,presented an Award of recognition and charged him to sustain his give away to the down trodden as his name is already written in the book of history.
The Dr. Paddy Emmanuel empowerment program was spiced up with different Comedians, Musicians who thrilled the youths with consoling lyrics .
