As a way of building customer management relationship, BEDC has held its monthly Community Engagement in Sapele region comprising Oghara, Jese, Mosogar, Abraka, Eku and Sapele in Delta State.

Speaking during the engagement, the MD/CEO, Deolu Ijose represented by the Chief Revenue Cycle Manager, Mr. Collins Igwe commended the massive turn out of customers in the region and said the turn out indicated a symbiotic relationship between BEDC and it’s stĂ keholders.

Mr. Collins noted that with the feedback provided by Customers, the management of BEDC is fully abreast of the challenges of it’s customers and is ever ready to improve on its services.

“I will not assure you of 24hours supply electricity because we are a distributing outlet, it is what we have, we distribute to you.
I can promise you that the time you requested as the peak time you need the electricity supply would be looked into to serve you better”.

Mr. Collins further enjoined them to embrace all BEDC innovations to serve their electricity needs.

The Community engagement had both community leaders and residents of the various communities in attendance.
