Senator representing Edo South, Neda Imasuen, has extended warm felicitations to His Royal Majesty, Omo N’Oba N’Edo Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Ewuare II, on the occasion of his 9th coronation anniversary and birthday celebration, describing him as a beacon of unity, peace, and progress.
In a statement personally signed by the Senator, Imasuen lauded the revered monarch for his transformational leadership, cultural diplomacy, and enduring commitment to the development of the Benin Kingdom.
He noted that under the Oba’s reign, the ancient kingdom has witnessed remarkable growth, renewed unity, and sustained cultural pride, adding that the monarch has remained a worthy advocate of a united and progressive Nigeria.
“It gives me immense pleasure to celebrate our royal father, His Royal Majesty, Omo N’Oba N’Edo Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Ewuare II, on this auspicious occasion of his 9th coronation anniversary and birthday. His reign continues to exemplify vision, courage, and compassion, attributes that define great leaders and enduring legacies,” Senator Imasuen said.
He prayed that the Almighty continues to bless the Oba with long life, wisdom, and good health as he continues to reign in peace and prosperity.
“On behalf of my family, the National Assembly, and the good people of Edo South, I wish His Royal Majesty many more fruitful years on the throne, and may his reign continue to bring greater development, harmony, and blessings to the Benin Kingdom, Edo State, and Nigeria at large,” Imasuen added.
