Azemhe Azena salutes John Odigie Oyegun at 84

A leading governorship aspirant on the platform of the Labour Party (LP) in Edo state, Dr. Azemhe Azena has congratulated the first civilian governor of Edo state, Chief John Odigie Oyegun for clocking 84 years.

The preacher cum educationist felicitated with the luminary and made available to the media, described the elder-statesman as a man of impeccable character.

According to Dr. Azemhe Azena, he asserted that, “Chief John Odigie Oyegun is a born leader who didn’t just govern Edo State but also rose to becoming a National Chairman of a frontline party. He commended him for his foresight, courage, doggedness and vision that has been visible in all his years of service to the Nation”.

The philantroplist equally described Chief John Odigie Oyegun, as a beacon of hope, and a die-hard nationalist in the nation’s political arena and has impacted so many lives and his ideology to public service is what many are following today.

In his words, he said ,” I, Pastor (Dr.) Azemhe Azena congratulates Chief Odigie-Oyegun and his family, as well as his friends and associates. I rejoice with him as he clocks the milestone age of 84. I pray for good health, long life, grace and mercy for you to remain with us in sound mind so we can continue to to tap from your well of unmatchable wisdom”.
