A non-governmental organization, Community Awareness Against Social Vices And Youth Empowerment (CAASVAYE Initiative) has called for the review and timely passage of the National Social Security Commission Bill 2022 into law.
According to the Executive Director of CAASVAYE, Ailemen Osaretin .A., to achieve the aim of a well structured Security System, his organization is ready to provide intellectual resources for the Sustainability of the National Social Security Commission.
“We are dedicated to promoting societal change through advocacy, government policy stimulation, and the promotion of an open society.
Since 2018, CAASVAYE Initiative has focused on organizing University Debate Championships and, in 2022, introduced the Citizens Welfare Movement., aligning it with international best practices and mirroring the Social Security Administration of the United States of America”.
“The organization emphasizes the significant benefits of a well-structured Social Security System, particularly in Africa, given the increasing economic disparities. Moreover, CAASVAYE Initiative is prepared to provide intellectual resources concerning the sustainability of the National Social Security Commission and the generation of funding through the establishment of agricultural settlements and industrial parks”.
