Community Newspaper Publishers Hail Lyna Ocholo’s Appointment As Principal Secretary to the Governor
The umbrella body of all the Community Newspaper Publishers in Delta State, Association of Community Newspaper Publishers of Nigeria (ACNPN), has hailed Barr (Mrs) Lyna Aliya Ocholor on her appointment as the Principal Secretary to His Excellency, Executive Governor of the State, Rt (Hon) Sheriff Oborevwori.
According to the Statement signed by the Chairman, Comrade Jude Obiemenyego and Secretary, Comrade Mercy Akuba described the appointment as a well deserved one, strategic and better choice;
The body further stressed that she will bring her wealth of experience to bear on the governance of the State.
ACNPN stated that”Mrs Lyna Ocholor has proven herself as an advocate of sustainable development, needed at this point in time to drive the administration of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for the full repositioning of the M.O.R.E agenda programme”.
As partners in the state government and critical
stakeholders in the information management, the association looks forward to you, in projecting and promoting the policies and programmes of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori government.
However, the Publishers applauded the Governor Oborevwori for his insight and valued consideration in choosing Lyna Ocholor, who has discharged herself creditably in various spheres of assignments in the services of the Delta State Government.
Also, the release contained that all hands should be on deck to support the administration of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori to take the State to greater height.
