The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Deolu Ijose and the Board of BEDC has congratulated the Oba of Benin, Omo’ N’ Oba N’Edo Uku Akpolokpolo, Ewuare 11, on the occasion of his birthday and Coronation Anniversary which falls on the same date.
The Managing Director, Dr. Deolu Ijose stated this in a press statement signed and made available to Newsmen through his Head of Branding and Corporate Communications, Mrs Evelyn Gbiwen in Benin City.
According to the statement, The Oba of Benin’s reign has not only made us in BEDC to enjoy Peace and tranquility but has ushered in a very supportive co-existence between us and His subjects.
It further states that BEDC has grown over the years due to the enabling environment made possible by the traditional leadership of the King and his subjects.
While commending the Oba for the fatherly role he has played to all his subjects, he prayed that his Ancestors will continue to stand by him and provide all that he needs spiritually and physically through out his reign.
He however reiterated BEDC’s commitment to serve it’s customers in Edo and all its franchise states better.
