As women across the globe today celebrates the international women’s day 2024 with the theme “Investing in women: accelerate progress,” the council boss enjoined Ovia women to continue in their resilience in advancing the course of national development through their contribution to the sustenance of democratic governance in the nation.
In a statement release by the CPS to the council, they chairman affirmed that the strength and determination of Ovia women has inspire positive change in the locality and noted that together he will join hands with them to amplify opportunities, break barriers, and propel Ovia communities to take their rightful place among comity of local councils in the nation.
Hon Edosa Enomwoghomwenma stated that success is not just a milestone; it’s a catalyst for the advancement of all and sundry and wish the women a very robust celebration as they join their counterpart across the globe to mark this year’s anniversary.In his words, the chair wished the extraordinary women of Ovia South-west, a soaring aspirations, and a limitless accomplishments in all their endeavors.Happy International Women’s Day!
